Note # 1: If additional dual or ground flight instruction beyond what is included is necessary, you will be billed $ 65.00 per hour. Additional aircraft rental fees are $ 155.00 per hour for the 8KCAB Super Decathlon, or free in your owned aircraft..

Note # 2: If you fail your FAA Practical test, any additional ground and dual flight instruction is free. You will be billed $ 155.00 per flight hour for the 8KCAB Super Decathlon.

Note # 3: Our Emergency Maneuver Training Course is conducted in our 8KCAB Super Decathlon (instructor is usually Tim Brill).

NOT INCLUDED:

• FAA required flight physical.

• FAA required Private Pilot written examination fee.

• FAA required practical examination fee.

• Additional aircraft rental per Note # 1 and 2 above.

• Miscellaneous books, charts and publications

SCHEDULE:

We request you schedule two flights per week. Each flight will normally be a 2-hour “instructional” block (pre-flight, flight, post-flight). Ground instruction may be scheduled at any time.

CANCELLATION:

We require a 24-hour prior notice if you need to cancel your scheduled training session. Failure to do so may result in your forfeiting that training time, and we may charge your account.

PAYMENT:

Payment in full is due on your first day of flight training. Payment is made by cash or bank wire transfer. If paid by check, we reserve the right to ensure funds are verified and available. We do not accept credit card payments.

REFUND:

Once you begin your flight training, NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason.
